Here are some colorful stories that I thought it would be worth bring up if you had seen them:

BLUE
Isn’t just great to see a bunch of college students come together to help an important cause like this story. Just in case that does not get you smurfing worried about the future, there a Smurf movie is tentatively set for release in December 2010.

BERRY
I never thought I would see a lawsuit throw out because a “reasonable consumer would have understood the product packaging”. This from the same country where a lawsuit ruled that we needed warnings about coffee being hot. However, it has happen in this story.

NOT RED, WHITE, AND BLUE
I tend not to use goggle unless I have to, mostly because of the way they caved to the Chinese government. Here is just another story on reasons why I don’t use goggle. It is sad how little we care about those who sacrificed for us.

RED ALERT
This story is another story to help you worry more about the future. You have been warned. I am not sure if I will ever look up at the solar system again without worrying. A tip of the hat to My Random Thoughts blog where I was first alerted to the possibility of the sky falling.

GRAVEL
Is there a color for gravel? I don’t know, but this story involved gravel. It is just another growing example of a greedy government that is taking way more control than should be allowed and not doing anything useful to help and protect people.
