AND I AM LOST FOR WORDS

I hope everyone had a great “Turkey Genocide Day”. Sure it has been a few weeks since there was a blog entry here. However, that does not mean I did not think about writing a entry. So without any good ideas, I thought I would just give you a look into ideas that never worked panned out as a blog entry.

This Is decaf, right?
Congratulations to the kid’s school, Faith Christian Academy, on winning the Colorado 2A Football Championship.

Oh, how I wished that the Steelers had a military appreciation day at Heinz Field when the Broncos played the Pittsburgh. Something about honoring our troops at Heinz field just makes me smile. Maybe, they could even have given some families college scholarships.

My friend Greg made a good point, is there really a good Jake? Since there is bad Jake, which we know to be true, how can Jake also be good? You can’t be bad and good, can you? Either you are on the dark side or the Jedi side. Good Jake implies he’s mostly good, with some intermittent bad play. However, that is not how he mostly plays or maybe I should say played.

They’re not saying boo, they’re saying mooooovers.
I am glad I am free agent this season as they players are making big bucks. I am hoping to land a great softball contract this off-season in this player friendly market. What I really hope is Boston wants to spend some more money so they can just talk to me. I am thinking about $100 per words would be fine by me. That is much cheaper than what they are paying the team for the guy from Japan.

The more I see the “Safe Happens” VW Jett car commercials, the more I don’t one of those vehicles. Why? Well, because they seem to be in involved in a lot of accidents, and I try to avoid car wrecks as much as possible.

Hum, I am not sure buying a car without my spouse permission would be wise or safe, even if it was Christmas gift for her. At least so far the new batch of Lexus ads don’t show the car inside the house.

Shake it off Johnny, rub some dirt on it
For all you political junkies who feel left out by sports, here is chance to as nerdy as they are. Fantasy Congress is here.

I must say, I am shocked by the current standings of the poll on my home page of the personal site. I would not have guess that was the biggest fear of those who visited the site.

It’s OK Bobby, you still have the best arm in the neighborhood
Not getting enough Crowder, well, I found this blog that has a feature called Weekly Crowder. It has YouTube clips of the band.

Is being called Ned Flanders a good thing or a bad thing?

There are less than 28 days till the main day of the Holiday Season. Ahhhh! Do you need help for gifts? Then think about these.

Yep, I know it is Christmas because of my favorite family tradition, The Hanging of the Dead Bird. That just says Christmas to me. Really. If you don’t understand, then I guess you don’t have a great family tradition for Christmas. Oh, no bird is hurt in this practice.
